Most of us really do enjoy exercising to music and would like to improve our balance, flexibility and core strength as well as keep our bones strong AND exercise our brains. Adult ballet can do all this and is above all fun!
It's not about trying to be a prima ballerina or being 'the right shape'. It's about having fun, working our brains as well as our bodies and meeting other like-minded people.
