Adult Ballet and Contemporary Dance Classes & Workshops
Most of us really do enjoy exercising to music and would like to improve our balance, flexibility and core strength as well as keep our bones strong AND exercise our brains. Adult ballet can do all this and is, above all, fun!
It's not about trying to be a prima ballerina or being 'the right shape'. It's about having fun, working our brains as well as our bodies and meeting other like-minded people.

"I have never enjoyed any dance lessons as much as I love Contemporary Dance in Jacquie's lessons. I look forward to each one. The music inspires us and gets us all enjoying moving and the sequences are fun and challenging.
